PROJECTS
KKCS has extensive experience in providing construction management services on a variety of public and private projects. We have qualified construction managers, resident engineers, office engineers, safety engineers, MIS analysts and inspectors in responsible roles on various capital and major projects.  KKCS Resident Engineers are expert at handling all phases of change order work, from initiation through final execution. Our inspectors have extensive experience on major heavy construction projects for both public and private sectors. The breadth of coverage includes civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and systems installations with currency on today’s standards and codes. KKCS inspectors possess certifications for various building disciplines with continuous training on best practices and safety emphasized as a key component of our corporate strategy On a monthly basis, KKCS reports progress and status of the work for all phases of the project.   Data included will cover cost, schedule, claims, changes, submittals, RFI’s, action items, progress, problems, mitigations and an executive summary.  The report also will contain a computerized cost status report which will depict the costs for each work package level and each upward summary level of the project WBS.  Budget, commitment, incurred, expended and forecast costs will be identified, along with the variance between the budget and the forecast. Cash flow and commitment curves depicting the actual and planned expenditure amounts versus time for the total project will also be included.  Project contingency will be addressed by illustrating the drawdown amounts and a narrative which explains significant incremental draw downs or allocations.
