KKCS has provided Independent Design Quality Assurance on major D-B projects involving Rail Transit and Freeway Capital Programs. A seven Member team of Engineers provided Design / Environmental / Construction Progress / Inspection on a $2.5 Billion Alameda Corridor Mid-Trench located in Long Beach California   In addition we have provided individual clients with high-end technical designs for projects of significant complexity using FEA analysis coupled with substantial construction experience KKCS is able to deliver Client requirements . Resolution of multi discipline design fee claims using our local and national experience.

KKCS is currently providing On-Call Engineering design services for a large Transit Agency and in the past has provided similar services for the USCG CEU. In addition we are performing advanced (high-end) engineering on a variety of projects. KKCS is using SAP 2000, ABAQUS-AQUA and LS Dyna to verify analysis of complex structures We are indebted to our diverse team of small and large local design firms efficiently providing small to large design tasks within Schedule & Budget.
