KKCS  provided Project Management Oversight support services to The Nettleship Group for the addition of HOV control lanes, elevated interchanges, entrance / exit ramps, park and ride facilities, and maintenance facilities by reviewing schedules and providing cost estimating and value engineering services for the ongoing expansion program, preparing engineering cost evaluations and providing value engineering support to assist in selection of materials, equipment and systems to be incorporated into various projects, change order estimates, negotiation support and claims analysis.

Highway Improvement Program, Edwards AFB

KKCS provided estimating services to support modification and renovation of the Mercury Highway at Edwards AFB.  It included changing the highway from at-grade to elevated structure, and grinding and resurfacing the highway.  The renovation and modification were contracted out by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

 

I-880 Freeway Improvements

KKCS provided cost estimating, scheduling and office engineering staff for the improvements of the Nimitz Freeway from Oakland to Fremont which included additional traffic lanes, signage, sound walls, landscaping, irrigation and drainage.

 

Heavy Civil Projects, Houston Metro
