Group for the addition of HOV control lanes, elevated interchanges, entrance /
exit ramps, park and ride facilities, and maintenance facilities by reviewing
schedules and providing cost estimating and value engineering services for the
ongoing expansion program, preparing engineering cost evaluations and providing
value engineering support to assist in selection of materials, equipment and
systems to be incorporated into various projects, change order estimates,
negotiation support and claims analysis.

Highway at Edwards AFB. It included
