KKCS was established in 1987 by Kal Krishnan, PE in Oakland California to provide Engineering and Construction Management services for public and private entities in the San Francisco Bay Area. KKCS quickly expanded by opening a regional office in Los Angeles in 1991. Currently KKCS has corporate offices and a Design Group in Oakland, and regional offices in Los Angeles, New York and Phoenix.

KKCS is well known for having developed the experience, expertise and credibility to successfully undertake assignments on challenging projects. Our solid and well earned reputation as a proactive manager of capital projects provides a strong foundation for addressing the requirements for professional constructions management services.

KKCS is comprised of highly experienced and credentialed civil, structural and electrical engineers, estimators, schedulers, resident engineers, office engineers, cost engineers, document control specialists, inspectors, project managers and construction managers.

KKCS has performed work on light and heavy rail projects, airport expansions, water and wastewater treatment facilities, schools, universities, freeways, bridges, and private buildings over the past twenty plus years. We have worked on large construction projects in California, Utah, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, Texas, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Tennessee, New York, Florida, Conneticut, and Pennsylvania.
