LAWA On-Call PM/CM

LAWA is currently managing a capital improvement program valued at more than $5 billion. The capital improvement program at LAX includes the renovation of Tom Bradley International Terminal, a new Central Utility Plant, airfield projects, and various tenant improvement projects at Terminals 1, 2, 5, 7, and 8. LAWA uses a variety of project delivery methods such as design-bid-build, design-build, and construction manager at risk. Experienced aviation staff resources are needed to augment LAWA staff for the management of individual projects and to assist with overall program implementation, management, and coordination.

Acting in a subcontractor capacity on this on-call project management/construction management support services contract, KKCS is providing construction managers, inspectors, office engineers, and administrative support when staffing needs cannot be met by LAWA. KKCS provides oversight to ensure project cost, schedule, safety, and quality objectives are achieved. We are the eyes and ears of LAWA to ensure that projects are being built in compliance with plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
