KKCS President, Dev A. Krishnan, today welcomed David McCrossan as new Vice President, leading the Bay Area practice, based in the Oakland, CA office. David has over 25 years of experience in rail and transit projects, in both local agency and consulting in the U.S., Canada and Europe, including the San Francisco Bay Area, where he has lived and worked for the past decade and a half.

The 2015 American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Los Angeles County Chapter Achievement Awards Banquet was a special night for KKCS. Our firm’s active participation throughout the years earned us Small Business Member Firm of the Year. Representing KKCS at the banquet that evening was Dev Krishnan, Ron Anderson, Vahid Saedi, Gerald Cabrera, Brandi Cagnolatti, and Edgar Zelaya.
