KKCS Appoints Terry Esteb as Associate Vice President

KKCS is pleased to announce the appointment of Terry W. Esteb as Associate Vice President based out of Seattle. With 37 years of experience in project and program management, Mr. Esteb has delivered numerous federally funded transit projects across the country.

“I am excited to welcome Mr. Esteb to the KKCS family. His extensive FTA experience in the Western United States, especially Washington State, will strengthen our reputation in the region,” said Dev Krishnan, President of KKCS.

Prior to joining KKCS, Mr. Esteb served as a Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Project Management Oversight (PMO) Contractor. He oversaw Task Order Managers and Project Management Oversight Committee (PMOC) teams to ensure the successful completion of projects in Seattle, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Minneapolis. Some notable projects he was involved with include the Sound Transit University Link and the LA Metro Red Line projects.

Mr. Esteb holds a B.A. in Economics from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
