KKCS President, Dev A. Krishnan, today welcomed David McCrossan as new Vice President, leading the Bay Area practice, based in the Oakland, CA office.

David has over 25 years of experience in rail and transit projects, in both local agency and consulting in the U.S., Canada and Europe, including the San Francisco Bay Area, where he has lived and worked for the past decade and a half.

David has also successfully delivered large planning and design projects and teams with national engineering design corporations. He brings both facilitation and solid technical expertise for agencies and their communities for multi-modal transit, rail and system design. He believes in personal involvement in developing common visions with his clients. David is a highly effective communicator, helping policymakers and agency staff in making informed choices to guide their complex rail transit projects to successful conclusions.
