KKCS Appoints Craig Goodall, P.E. as Associate Vice President
Kal Krishnan Consulting Services, Inc. (KKCS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Goodall, P.E. as Associate Vice President based out of Boston office. Mr. Goodall has more than 35 years of experience in program and construction management on projects in the Northeast with wide-ranging FTA experience.
He has worked on a wide range of FTA projects in the New York Metropolitan area including transit terminals and intermodal stations. He has provided oversight of budget, schedule, QA/QC, risk assessment, environmental permitting, and document control elements on several FTA projects including Port Authority Trans Hudson (PATH) Transportation Hub, World Trade Center, Fulton Street Transit Center, World Trade Center Vehicular Security Center (VSC). Mr. Goodall has a strong background in task order management, procurement, planning and design.

Prior to joining KKCS, Mr. Goodall was Vice President for both Lochner and David Evans and Associates in New York, where he oversaw office operations and notably led the FTA oversight team for the $4 billion Port Authority of New York New Jersey’s World Trade Center Port Authority Trans-Hudson (WTC PATH) Transportation Hub and the $1.4 billion Metropolitan Transit Authority Capital Construction (MTACC) Fulton Street Transit Center programs. He has also made a valuable contribution to industry standards and best practices as the Rail Transit Committee Chair and Vice Chair for American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way (AREMA).
Mr. Goodall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Art in Art degree from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA. He also holds Professional Engineering certification in the states of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina.
