KKCS has worked with transportation agencies including San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART), Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), California High-Speed Rail Authority (CAHSRA), Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), Denver Regional Transportation District (RTD), and San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG).

KKCS has provided professional consulting services for large-scale transit capital improvement programs and transportation projects worth billions of dollars.
