KKCS Awarded a CM Contract with Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD)

KKCS was recently awarded a prime contract with the Los Angeles Unified School District to provide CM Services to the district as needed. KKCS has worked with the LAUSD program for more than 10 years on their New Schools and Modernization Programs. The program encompasses more than 800 schools in various stages of planning, design, and construction and is funded by a variety of sources including state and local bonds. With this new contract, KKCS will provide project management services to augment LAUSD staff in the oversight and management of the construction/renovation/maintenance program.
